Multimedia Designer

About the Role

HarMedia Agency is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs and videos that align with our brand and client goals. This role requires a balance of artistic talent and technical proficiency across design and video editing tools.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials
• Edit videos for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and ads
• Create motion graphics and basic animation when required
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute visual campaigns
• Ensure brand consistency across all media and creative assets
• Stay current with trends in design, video content, and digital marketing

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Understanding of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and time management skills
• Creativity, originality, and a strong design aesthetic

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or other design platforms like photoshop, corel draw, premier pro and after effects
• Basic sound editing and color correction
• Knowledge of current trends in social media content and digital branding
• Experience in editing product videos or promotional content for brands
