Roles and Responsibilities • Well versed with generating leads by bidding on platforms like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer, People per Hour, etc. • Experience in generating leads through LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Social networking • The candidate should have proficiency in understanding Client requirements & handling an initial conversation with the Client. • The candidate should have proficiency in managing the Sales Cycle, Lead Pipeline, and closing project with the help of a Senior Team member. • The candidate should be able to formulate Sales strategy with the Senior Team Lead and implement the same to generate leads & business. • Ability to communicate with the Client & team members in the English language. • Ability to learn various aspects related to the Information & Technology Service Industry and implements it accordingly. • Ability to manage a friendly & productive environment with Business Analysts, Technical Team, Project Managers.
