Operation Manager

Job Title:Cafe Operations & Expansion Manager – Chandigarh

Job Description:We already run a successful cafe in a small city and are now expanding to Chandigarh. We are looking for an experienced and responsible person who can help us set up and manage our new cafe branch.

Responsibilities:

• Help find a suitable location for the cafe
• Coordinate interior setup and vendors
• Hire and train staff
• Manage daily operations after opening
• Handle inventory, suppliers, and quality control
• Ensure good customer experience and hygiene
• Report weekly performance to owner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years experience in cafe / restaurant management
• Knowledge of staff handling and vendor management
• Honest, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Willing to grow with the brand
