Operations Executive

Zevpoint is looking for an Operations Executive in Chandigarh. The responsibilities shall include

• Identify and onboard reliable installation and service partners across different regions.
• Coordinate with customers to schedule site surveys and installation of EV chargers.
• Oversee service requests, reverse pickups, and product returns through effective coordination with internal teams and logistics partners.
• Manage dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
• Maintain operational trackers and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt resolution.
