About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales operations and marketing strategies in the PCD Pharma division. The role demands strong experience in the PCD pharma industry, with proven expertise in B2B sales, marketing, and party/distributor management.

• Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
• Manage and expand relationships with distributors, franchise partners, and business associates.
• Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities in the pharma market.
• Oversee party management including onboarding, relationship handling, and retention.
• Conduct regular market analysis to assess competition and support strategic planning.
• Coordinate promotional activities, product positioning, and branding strategies.
• Ensure timely achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
• Requirements:Proven experience in a PCD Pharma company is mandatory.
• Strong expertise in B2B sales & marketing within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Excellent knowledge of party/distributor management & expansion strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Result-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage a team.
• Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in sales & marketing in the PCD Pharma sector.
• Knowledge of Marg software
