Job Summary : The Pharmacist is responsible for dispensing medications accurately, providing patient counseling, and ensuring safe, effective, and legal use of prescription and over-the-counter drugs. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and promote medication adherence.

• Key Responsibilities : Dispense prescription medications accurately and in compliance with legal and professional standards
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, dosage, interactions, and contraindications
• Provide medication counseling to patients, including usage, side effects, and storage
• Monitor patient medication therapy and recommend adjustments when necessary
