We Are Hiring | Phlebotomist

We are seeking a qualified Phlebotomist to collect blood samples, ensure patient comfort, and support accurate diagnostic testing. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood and other biological samples from patients accurately and safely

• Label, store, and transport specimens in compliance with standard protocols

• Verify patient identity and match samples with requisition forms

• Counsel patients to ease anxiety and ensure a comfortable experience

• Maintain accurate patient records and sample logs

• Manage inventory of phlebotomy supplies and ensure proper storage

• Coordinate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers for timely processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's in any field (B.Sc., B.Pharma, DMLT or equivalent) from a recognized institution

• Prior experience in phlebotomy or a clinical setting preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
