Job Description: We are looking for energetic and reliable Picker/Packers to join our team at the Zepto dark store in Sector 34, Chandigarh. You will be responsible for preparing customer orders with speed and accuracy to ensure 10-minute delivery success.

• Key Responsibilities
• Picking: Efficiently locate and pick items from the store shelves based on the app's order list.
• Packing: Pack items securely into delivery bags, ensuring no damage to fragile goods.
• Quality Check: Ensure the correct quantity and quality of items before handing them over to the delivery partner.
• Inventory: Help in restocking shelves and maintaining a clean work area.
• Requirements
• Education: 10th Pass or 12th Pass preferred.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome! (0-1 year experience in warehouse/retail is a plus).
• Skills: Basic understanding of mobile apps and ability to read product names in English/Hindi.
• Physical: Must be comfortable standing/walking for the duration of the shift.
