Job Description
- Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)Machine Setup: Printing plates, cylinders, aur anilox rollers ko install aur set karna. Ink ki viscosity aur rangon (colors) ko job requirement ke mutabiq match karna.
- Operations: Flexographic printing press ko chalana aur poore process ke dauran printing quality par nazar rakhna.
- Quality Control: Output ko lagataar check karna taaki smudging, color variation, ya misregistration jaisi mistakes na hon.
- Maintenance: Machine ki routine safayi aur halki-phulki maintenance (preventive maintenance) karna taaki breakdown na ho.
- Troubleshooting: Agar machine mein koi technical masla aaye, toh usey jaldi pehchan kar theek karna.
- Material Management: Paper, film, ya foil rolls ko load/unload karna aur waste ko kam se kam rakhna.
