Product Assistant/Trainee

We are seeking a motivated Product Assistant/Trainee to support our Product Management and Sales teams. This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate or a junior professional looking to build a career in the medical equipment industry.

10+2 Passed candidates with Science background can apply.

Candidates must have basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Lifecycle Support: Assist the Product Manager in managing the product portfolio, including tracking inventory, monitoring product performance, and helping with product obsolescence plans.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer needs. Prepare reports to help the team understand market trends.
• Sales & Clinical Support: Assist in preparing technical datasheets, product presentations, and training materials for the sales team. You may occasionally accompany sales representatives to client demos or hospital visits to provide product expertise.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Support the Quality Assurance team by maintaining up-to-date technical files, user manuals, and compliance documentation (ISO 13485 / FDA / CE Marking standards).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between the sales team and the engineering/service department to resolve customer technical queries or complaints promptly.
• Event Coordination: Assist in organizing participation in medical conferences, trade shows, and clinical workshops.
