o Visit Dealer Partners as per the defined Visit Calendar / Permanent Journey Plan (PJP)
o Inspection of products as per the defined SOPs / Warranty Documents
o Packing of approved defective material as per the standard packaging policy
o Provide Inspection Report to Dealer Partners after duly checking of quantities and weight
o Get the material dispatched through Authorised Reverse Logistics Partner
