Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and qualify potential clients through outreach efforts.

Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.

Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on property features and benefits.

Manage client negotiations and closings.

Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.

Job Requirements :

Strong knowledge of residential sales, commercial sales, property acquisition, and real estate.

Proficient in using sales promotion techniques to generate leads.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
