Key Responsibilities :
⚡ Identify and qualify potential clients through outreach efforts.
⚡ Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
⚡ Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on property features and benefits.
⚡ Manage client negotiations and closings.
⚡ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and transactions.
Job Requirements :
⚡ Strong knowledge of residential sales, commercial sales, property acquisition, and real estate.
⚡ Proficient in using sales promotion techniques to generate leads.
⚡ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
⚡ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
⚡ Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
