Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk ManagementGreet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner

  • Direct guests to the appropriate person or department
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

2. Communication HandlingAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Respond to emails and general inquiries
  • Take messages and ensure they reach the correct person

3. Administrative SupportSchedule appointments and manage calendars

  • Maintain records, files, and visitor logs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

4. Customer ServiceAssist clients and visitors with basic information

  • Address complaints or concerns professionally
  • Provide a positive first impression of the company

5. Office CoordinationCoordinate meeting rooms and appointments

  • Support staff with basic administrative tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders if needed
