Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Sector-31D, Chandigarh
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000
Experience: 6 months to 1+ year preferred
Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter who can handle high-volume hiring for telecallers, counsellors, and office staff. Candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely joining.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates
- Conduct telephonic interviews
- Schedule interviews and follow up for joining
- Handle multiple requirements at a time
- Maintain basic hiring records
- Achieve hiring targets
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment preferred
- Good communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
