Job Descriptions Profile: Sales Manager 1. About the job role: A Sales Manager is one who is responsible for generating revenue/Business for Impetus Insurance Brokers by sourcing contacts and converting in revenue realization in account. Sales Managers need to meet monthly and weekly target with more than 5 lakh of business generation. Support/Mentor to POS/ Advisors in lead generation and small size sales closures. Sales Manager Can close the deal of any category of service advisory under Impetus Insurance Brokers Service list. (Life insurance, Health insurance, and general insurance ). Responsibilities: ● Data/Contact Sourcing & management ● Sales proposal ● Sales Meeting ● Sales Conversion Required Skills: ● Lead management and Generation-Finding or sourcing of data from reference,data mining ,cold calling and google search of Impetus Insurance Brokers using Google Search, Linkedin Connections, Email Finder & Email database cold interactions ● Inquiry Qualification/Accuracy-Connect with client over Calls/F2F/Video Meet and understand the complete requirements of clients, budget,.with proper sales proposal and illustration. ● Sales Proposal-Share effective sales proposal with client (minimum 3 competitive/unique options) covering all needs, requirements, Effective pricing etc (as per company standards and services of Impetus Insurance Brokers. ● Sales Conversion-Effective Followups and Meeting to close the final deal using effective communications and strong negotiation skills to close client and revenue generation ● Coordination (Client and Internal Team-)Maintain healthy relationship with clients for repeat orders, coordinating their needs, requirement sharing to concern survey team for best options sharing and delivery of services in well manners. Exp Mandatory: Minimum 2-3 years Preferable: Banking and Insurance 3. Qualifications: Any graduate/MBA or equivalent 4. Working hours - 9:30 am– 6:30 pm (Day Shift) 5. No.of opening: 5 6.
