Position: Relationship Manager – Global Equity Funds & Real Estate

Mint Global LLC, a Dubai-based Wealth and Real Estate Advisory firm, is expanding its India operations across Delhi NCR & Chandigarh. We’re hiring experienced professionals & freshers who want to build a career in Wealth Management & Dubai Real Estate.

Founders’ Background: Mint Global is led by founders with 25+ years of experience across Wealth Management, Real Estate and Skill Training. They have built and exited successful ventures (including Indian Realty Exchange acquired by Quikr) and have been associated with leading institutions such as IIMs, SRCC & FMS as alumni and faculty.

Office Locations: Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Panchkula & Mohali

Salary Structure:

• ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 + Incentives (Candidates with 3-10+ yrs work experience) 
• ₹25,000 to ₹50,000 + Incentives (Candidates with 1-3 yrs work experience)
• ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 + Incentives (Freshers & candidates with<1 yr work experience)

Important Note:

• Freshers & candidates with <1 yr experience will join as Relationship Executive
• High performers will move to higher salary brackets with fast promotions
• Preference for candidates with background in Wealth Management, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Real Estate & Investment Sales

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify & acquire Retail & HNI clients for Global Equity Funds & Dubai Real Estate
• Generate leads and drive sales through referrals, cold calls, online outreach, LinkedIn & networking events
• Build & manage a network of lead-generation associates such as CAs, financial advisors & banking professionals
