Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented *Sales Auditor* who will be responsible for *listening to sales calls* made by our team to ensure quality, compliance, and performance as per the company standards. This role does *not* involve making calls or interacting with customers directly.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Daily listening of recorded *sales calls* (outbound/inbound).

- Evaluate calls based on *pre-defined checklists*.

- Identify areas of improvement in communication, pitch, objection handling, and closing.

- Mark each call with feedback: *Excellent, Average, Needs Improvement*.

- Maintain records of daily audit sheets.

- Share weekly reports with sales managers and team leads.

- Highlight any *compliance breaches or customer miscommunication*.

- Collaborate with the training team to share patterns or gaps.

  Requirements:

- Good listening and comprehension skills.

- Basic understanding of sales processes.

- Familiarity with CRM and call recording tools (preferred but not mandatory).

- Attention to detail.

- Ability to remain neutral and fair in evaluations.
