Position Overview: Sales consultant (Advisor to Team Leader level)—for premium car showroom

Role Type: Full-Time | Immediate Joining

Working Hours: 6 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of a premium car brand, responsible for the complete sales journey:

• Customer Engagement: Attend to showroom walk-in customers and expertly explain vehicle features and current offers.
• Sales Process Management: Coordinate test drives, manage delivery logistics, and handle necessary documentation.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term, high-quality customer relationships.
• Target Achievement: Work diligently towards monthly sales targets and submit daily reporting.

Eligibility Criteria (this is mandatory)

• The minimum qualification is a graduate in any discipline.
• Applicants with experience from auto dealer showroom sales will be given priority.
• Must be presentable with good communication skill
• Age not more than 30 years
• Has to be a localite with interest in B2C sales.

Prerequisite: (preferred, not mandatory)

• Selected candidates are willing to undergo training (7 days of debriefing) and will then be deployed to the client site.
• A driver's license is an advantage.
