Sales and Marketing Executive

Core responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Market research: Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Campaign management: Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including social media, to promote products or services.
• Sales and lead generation: Identify new leads, nurture customer relationships, and close deals through presentations and negotiations.
• Data analysis and reporting: Track sales activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness and sales forecasts.
• Customer relations: Maintain and expand customer relationships by addressing their needs, handling complaints, and gathering feedback.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as product development and customer support, to ensure a coordinated and effective approach. 

Common requirements

• Education: Typically a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven work experience in a similar sales or marketing role.
