Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strong customer base including gastroenterologists, surgeons, and hospitals

• Promote and sell gastroenterology medical devices to achieve monthly and quarterly targets

• Conduct product demonstrations and assist doctors during procedures (if required)

• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback

• Stay updated on competitor products and industry trends



Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Science/Pharma/Business preferred)

• 1–4 years of sales experience (medical devices / pharma preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined approach

• Basic understanding of medical terminology (preferred but not mandatory)



Preferred Experience

• Experience in gastroenterology devices or endoscopy-related products

• Existing network with hospitals and doctors in the region
