📍 Location: Sector 34 Market Road, Chandigarh

💰 Salary & Perks:

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000/month

Incentives: ₹1,500/month (performance-based)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

Attend walk-in customers and sell gold and diamond jewellery

Maintain excellent product knowledge (diamond cut, clarity, weight, purity)

Provide personalized customer service to clients with professionalism and courtesy

Ensure proper product display and cleanliness at the counter

Maintain daily sales reports and coordinate with billing/inventory teams

Assist with store promotions, new launches, and special campaigns

Build and retain long-term customer relationships

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in jewellery sales

Gender: Male or Female

Age: 23 – 34 years

Language: Basic English & local communication skills

Appearance: Professional and presentable

Sales Skills: Strong selling & convincing ability
