Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, versatile Sales Executive to join our team.

This role is perfect for a proactive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring our branch operations run smoothly.

You won’t just be sitting behind a desk; you’ll be the face of the company—leading site visits, onboarding new clients, and working closely with the Branch Manager to drive growth.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Conversion: Identify potential leads through networking and outreach, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
  • Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Site Visits & Meetings: Conduct professional on-site property/product visits and lead client meetings to showcase our value proposition.
  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive first impression.
  • Branch Support: Assist the Branch Manager with daily administrative tasks and operational priorities to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate sales records and generate weekly/monthly reports on lead status, conversion rates, and revenue targets.

Requirements & Skills Features

Requirement : Experience 1–3 years in sales, business development, or account management.

Communication: verbal and written skills; ability to negotiate with confidence.

Tech Savvy: Basic Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for reporting).

Mobility: Must be comfortable traveling for site visits and client meeting's
