Sales Manager

We are seeking an energetic Sales Manager to drive bookings, memberships, programs, and event sales for our Padel, Pickleball, and Yoga club. The role combines sales leadership with front desk responsibilities, ensuring an excellent member experience from first contact to daily operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about sports and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell bookings, memberships, classes, coaching packages, and events
• Develop and maintain relationships with members, partners, and prospects
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, bookings, and inquiries
• Handle phone, email, and in-person customer service
• Coordinate schedules, payments, and basic administrative tasks
• Support marketing initiatives and on-site promotions
• Maintain a welcoming, professional club environment

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, hospitality, or fitness/sports clubs preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work flexible hours
• Comfortable with booking systems and basic administrative tools
