Job Description
Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner. • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department. • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages. • Maintain a clean and organized reception area. • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and visitors. • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. • Assist other departments with various tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • 1+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. • Freshers can Apply. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
