We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Manage sales to achieve sales targets and goals

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners

- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

*Requirements:*

- 3+ years of experience in direct sales.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
