Sales & Marketing Executive

Requirement :

. Fresher or 1-2 years experience in sales/business development

. Good verbal communication (Hindi mandatory.English basic-good)

· Lead generation & follow-ups

. Convincing and negotiation ability

. Closing deals and achieving targets

· Target-oriented and result-driven

. Willingness to learn and adapt

. Professional behavior with clients

. Build long-term relationships for repeat business

Responsibilities

· Handle PCD Pharma inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and email

. Explain the PCD franchise model, monopoly rights, pricing,and schemes

. Share product lists, visual aids, and company profiles

. Pitch monopoly areas and close new PCD appointments

· Regular follow-ups until final confirmation and payment

. Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and marketing teams

· Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and appointed PCDs

. Achieve monthly PCD appointment and revenue targets

. Build long-term relationships for repeat business
