Job Description

We are a leading study abroad consultancy providing seamless admission, visa, and counselling services for students aspiring to study in the UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. We partner with reputable universities and global education providers and work closely with sub-agents and institutional partners.

Position Overview: The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with sub-agents, educational consultants, coaching centres, and institutional partners. The role focuses on expanding business networks, increasing student enrolments through B2B channels, and promoting our study-abroad services across multiple destinations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Agent Acquisition Identify, onboard, and manage new sub-agents and institutional partners.
  • Conduct outreach, cold calls, presentations, and meetings to promote company services.
  • Build a strong pipeline of prospective B2B partners across target regions.
  • Resolve partner queries promptly to ensure smooth operations.

  • Work closely with admissions/counselling teams to ensure timely processing of partner applications.
  • Monitor performance of partners and plan strategies to increase conversions.Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and partner marketing activities.
  • Assist in creating promotional material tailored for B2B partners.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on B2B sales activities and outcomes.
  • Coordinate with marketing, admissions, and operations teams for smooth workflow.


  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education or study-abroad sector.
  • Knowledge of UK, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand study pathways.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term professional relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
