🔹 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to expand our dry fruit business across B2B and B2C segments. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and onboard new B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, gift shops).

• Promote and sell dry fruit products directly to retail customers (B2C).

• Visit markets and potential clients regularly to generate orders.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.

• Handle customer queries and provide product information.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities and pricing.

• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.

• Suggest strategies to improve sales and visibility.

Reporting

• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.

• Coordinate with the packaging and dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment.

🔹 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in field sales (FMCG/dry fruits preferred).

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Must own a two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Target-driven and self-motivated personality.

• Basic knowledge of local market and retailers.

• Experience in dry fruits, FMCG, or food products.

• Existing market contacts will be an advantage.

• Basic smartphone/WhatsApp reporting skills.
