Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Officer to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for driving vehicle sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our showroom.

• Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist walk-in customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences
• Present, promote, and sell vehicles and related services to new and existing customers
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, financing options, and warranties
• Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers
• Maintain and update the customer database
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with the finance and insurance departments to ensure smooth processing of documentation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automobile trends and models
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Requirements:Minimum 6 months of experience in automobile sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of automobile specifications and market trends
• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• Must be presentable and customer-service oriented
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
