Job Description
A Sales & Service Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth while providing technical support and after-sales service to customers. The role combines technical expertise with sales skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business development.
Technical Support & Service
- Installation and commissioning of products/equipment
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
Sales & Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Meet clients to understand their technical requirements
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
