Position Overview:

Subway is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our team in entire Mohali, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Chandigarh, Kurali, Kharar Location.

As a Team Member, you will be integral to providing outstanding customer service while handling order taking, food preparation, and maintaining a clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Taking: Warmly greet customers and accurately take their orders. Provide menu information and recommendations.
• Order Making: Prepare and assemble sandwiches and other menu items according to Subway’s quality standards.
• Cleaning: Ensure the cleanliness of workstations, dining areas, and restrooms. Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Customer Service: Create a positive dining experience by engaging with customers and ensuring their needs are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with fellow team members to maintain a smooth workflow and exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
