Senior Analyst

The Digital Analyst plays a crucial role in gathering and analyzing information to inform critical projects, initiatives and decision-making. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and synthesizing existing research from diverse sources, ensuring a robust understanding of relevant topics and trends. Your critical thinking skills and ability to communicate complex information clearly will be essential in contributing to impactful research outputs.

What will you do? 

• Conduct comprehensive researches using public data available online. 
• Evaluate the quality, credibility, and relevance of sources as much possible, including academic journals, industry reports, news articles, and government publications.
• Stay up-to-date on relevant trends and developments within Web development, UX Ecommerce and Generative AI and map out possible impact on the company’s business 
• Analyze and synthesize findings from diverse sources, identifying key themes, arguments, and data points.
• Prepare concise and informative summaries, presentations, and reports, clearly communicating key findings and their implications.
• Build business relevant use cases & user scenarios to test the feasibility of compatibility of your recommendations, based on business needs.
• Conduct competitor analysis to track initiatives and coordinate their adoption within the company’s business.
• Map out existing process and to identify gaps and make recommendations for improvement.   
• Collaborate with other project teams & stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of research materials and findings.
• Assist with other research tasks as needed.

What Skills you should have?

• Have a good understanding of Website and Ecommerce operations 
• Have knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript 
• Experience in working with IT systems is a plus 
• Excellent research skills and evaluating right sources.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify key themes and draw conclusions from complex information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
