Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced BPO Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our rapidly growing BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in high-volume hiring, workforce planning, talent sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. This role is critical to ensuring that we attract, assess, and onboard talent effectively and efficiently to meet business demands.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to fulfill BPO hiring needs across various functions (voice, non-voice, technical support, etc.).
- Collaborate with operations, workforce management, and HR to forecast hiring needs and plan recruitment pipelines.
- Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, etc.) and optimize processes accordingly.
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Drive high-volume hiring through innovative sourcing strategies including job portals, campus drives, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future talent needs.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Team Leadership & Coordination
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, setting clear goals and performance standards.
- Provide training and upskilling to the recruitment team on latest sourcing tools and interviewing techniques.
- Coordinate with background verification vendors and other onboarding partners.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific talent requirements.
- Build strong relationships with recruitment agencies and outsourcing partners to ensure quality talent delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports and dashboards to leadership on recruitment performance and trends.
- Compliance & Process Excellence
- Ensure recruitment policies and processes comply with labor laws and organizational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reporting.
Continuously improve recruitment processes for better efficiency, candidate quality, and experience
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Minimum of 6–8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and technologies.
- Experience in hiring for voice/non-voice, international/domestic processes, and support functions.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Sourcing Mastery: Proficient in using job portals, ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with ability to use metrics for performance tracking and improvement.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic BPO environment.
