Job Description

  • Job Title: Bulk Hiring Recruiter / Volume Hiring SpecialistResponsibilities:Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple open positions
  • Source a high volume of candidates through job portals, references, and field sourcing
  • Conduct initial screening and telephonic interviews
  • Schedule and manage walk-in drives and mass hiring events
  • Coordinate with hiring managers for quick closures
  • Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are achieved
  • Maintain candidate data and track hiring status
  • Manage offer rollout and joining follow-ups
  • Specific Requirements:Experience in bulk/volume hiring (BPO, Sales, Blue-collar hiring preferred)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet high hiring targets
  • Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, ATS tools)
  • Flexible for field work and walk-in drives
