Senior Visa Counsellor

The Visa Counselor is responsible for guiding and assisting clients through the entire visa application process for study, work, or migration purposes. This includes providing accurate information on visa requirements, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with embassies or universities, and ensuring smooth communication with clients throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate counselling to clients regarding visa requirements, documentation, and procedures for various countries (e.g., Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe, etc.).
• Assist clients in filling out visa application forms and compiling all necessary supporting documents.
• Conduct mock visa interviews and prepare clients for embassy or consulate appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, immigration laws, and embassy updates.
• Ensure that all visa applications are processed efficiently and within deadlines.
• Communicate with universities, embassies, and immigration departments as needed for verification and follow-up.
• Manage and update client records in CRM or internal databases.
• Provide post-visa assistance, including travel guidance, pre-departure briefings, and other client support services.
• Coordinate with the admissions and documentation teams for smooth file processing.
