Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Engineer to manage and supervise construction activities at project sites. The candidate will ensure that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with contractors, labor teams, suppliers, and the head office to ensure smooth project execution.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day construction activities at the site.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers.
• Ensure quality control and safety standards at the construction site.
• Maintain site reports, measurement sheets, and progress updates.
• Verify and check material deliveries and usage at site.
• Resolve technical issues and site execution challenges.
• Ensure project completion within scheduled timelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting to management.
• Required QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 1–5 years of experience in construction or site supervision.
• Experience in prefabricated structures, steel structures, or building construction will be preferred.
• Skills RequiredStrong technical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction materials and site execution
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office (preferred)
