Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer – Interiors to oversee and manage on-site execution of interior fit-out projects. The candidate must have hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or retail interior projects and ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and as per design specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site execution of interior works including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones.

Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards.

Manage material planning, site inventory.

Prepare daily progress reports and update project status to senior management.

Handle site measurements and billing coordination.

Resolve on-site technical issues effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.

2–4 years of experience in interior fit-out projects (mandatory).

Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution techniques.

Ability to read and interpret drawings (AutoCAD knowledge preferred).

Good leadership and team coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Basic knowledge of project management tools is an added advantage.
