We are hiring two Social Media Managers for a high-impact political campaign — each role with a distinct focus but working in close coordination:

1. Social Media Manager – Official Accounts
2. Social Media Manager – Surrogate Network

Both roles will play a critical part in shaping and amplifying the campaign’s digital narrative.

🔹 Role 1: Social Media Manager – Official AccountsKey ResponsibilitiesManage and grow official social media handles

• Plan and execute content calendar
• Monitor engagement, comments, and DMs
• Coordinate with leadership for official messaging
• Ensure brand voice, consistency, and positioning
• Track analytics and optimize performance
• Ideal Profile: 2-3 years experience in social media/digital
• Experience handling public figures or brands preferred
• Strong communication and content planning skills

🔹 Role 2: Social Media Manager – Surrogate NetworkKey ResponsibilitiesManage and scale 20+ surrogate social media pages

• Build and manage local influencer & micro-influencer network
• Create and manage WhatsApp distribution systems at booth level
• Drive content amplification and narrative control
• Monitor engagement, reach, and sentiment across pages
• Ensure message consistency across all surrogate platforms
• Ideal Profile: 2-3 years experience in social media/digital marketing
• Experience in political or grassroots campaigns preferred
• Strong understanding of regional audience behavior
