Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Posting

• Publish videos, images, reels, stories, and posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others as assigned
• Follow the content calendar strictly and flag delays or missing assets in advance
• Add correct captions, hashtags, locations, tags, and links as provided
• Ensure correct format, aspect ratio, and platform-specific requirements before posting
• Monitor basic engagement (likes, comments, shares) and report issues or anomalies

Content Data Management

• Maintain a structured digital library of all videos and images
• Organize content by brand, platform, date, campaign, and format
• Rename files clearly (date_platform_campaign_version format)
• Track posted vs unposted content to avoid duplication
• Maintain backups on cloud storage (Google Drive / Dropbox or company system)

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with content creators, editors, and designers for final assets
• Share posting confirmations and links daily or weekly
• Maintain simple posting and asset-tracking sheets
• Flag missing content, errors, or quality issues immediately
