Job Description
- Key Responsibilities:Handle Instagram DMs, comments, and inquiries professionally
- Manage WhatsApp Business chats and customer queries
- Call warm leads generated from ads, walk-ins, and campaigns
- Explain jewellery products, gold schemes, offers, and new arrivals
- Follow up with interested and pending customers
- Invite customers for showroom visits
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, and conversions
- Coordinate with the in-store sales team
- Maintain quick response time and professional communication
- Required Skills:Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Confident and clear speaking voice for telecalling
- Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp Business
- Polite, presentable, and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic Excel/CRM knowledge is a plus
- Preferred:Experience in jewellery showroom, retail sales, or telecalling
- Understanding of gold rates, bridal jewellery, and jewellery schemes
