What we are looking for We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketing Lead to join our Digital Team to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. What you will be doing • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners • Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects. • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Responsibilities • Total experience 5+ Years • Experience in Google ads which should be more than 5+ Years. • Expert in PPC, Heat Maps, ROI. • Expert in Running Campaigns individual and running Paid Ads. • Good hands in handling overseas clients. • Experience in Website lead Generation • Manoeuvre digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs • Provide analytical reporting of campaigns to stakeholders • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience preferably with multiple clients in B2C industry and also experience with account management • Reviewing end-to-end PPC strategy and execution • Budget planning and implementation schedules to achieve revenue goals • Improve lead generation and conversion. • Run Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. • Identify trends and insights to optimize spending and maximize ROI • Monitor competitor activity and keep an eye out for trends • Manage analytics and reporting to deliver actionable insights Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent. • Fluency in English. • Good Interpersonal Skills. • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). • Experience: Minimum 4 years in Digital Marketing. • Experience in Google Ads. • Experience in Website Lead Generation. • Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills.
