Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of service areas, dining areas, and back-of-house sections
- Assist service staff during meal service
- Set up and clear tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure proper handling and storage of utensils, crockery, and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Dispose of waste according to company procedures
- Assist in inventory handling and replenishment
- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors
