Store Executive

Maintain accurate stock records (inward & outward)

Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages/overstock

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification

Receive materials from vendors and check quality & quantity

Ensure proper storage of goods to avoid damage

Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) method

Coordinate with purchase, warehouse, and production teams

Communicate with vendors for delivery updates

Support internal departments with material requirements
