Job Description
Position Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Super Donuts outlet. This role involves leading the store team, supervising Store Supervisors and Kitchen Team Members, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining the highest standards of food quality and hygiene, and driving sales and operational efficiency.
The Store Manager is expected to take full ownership of the outlet’s daily operations, team performance, inventory control, and financial discipline while ensuring that the brand values and service standards of Super Donuts are consistently upheld.
- Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & LeadershipTake full ownership of the store’s day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the Store Supervisor and kitchen team members, ensuring clear delegation of responsibilities.
- Ensure the outlet is well-prepared for daily operations including staffing, stock availability, equipment readiness, and cleanliness.
- Monitor operational efficiency during peak hours and ensure smooth service and minimal waiting time for customers.
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism among all team members.
- Team Management & DevelopmentRecruit, train, and mentor staff members including supervisors and kitchen assistants.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve team productivity and service quality.
- Foster a positive work environment built on teamwork, accountability, and mutual respect.
- Ensure staff grooming, conduct, and service behavior align with the brand standards.
- Customer Experience & Service ExcellenceEnsure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and feedback professionally and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Encourage the team to engage positively with customers and maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Sales & Business PerformanceMonitor daily sales performance and work towards achieving store revenue targets.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales through upselling, promotions, and better customer engagement.
- Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Inventory & Cost ControlOversee inventory management including ingredients, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
- Ensure proper stock planning, minimize wastage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Supervise the receiving, storage, and utilization of supplies in line with company guidelines.
- Financial & Cash ManagementEnsure accurate billing, cash handling, and reconciliation processes.
- Monitor expenses and maintain financial discipline within the store operations.
- Ensure proper daily closing procedures and reporting.
- Hygiene, Safety & ComplianceEnsure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards across the store.
- Conduct regular checks of kitchen and service areas to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across all operational areas of the outlet.
- Store Maintenance & Brand RepresentationEnsure the store remains clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Maintain equipment, furniture, and store infrastructure in good condition.
- Represent the Super Donuts brand with professionalism and ensure the outlet reflects the brand’s values and image.

- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced QSR environment.
- High level of accountability, discipline, and ownership.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in managing a QSR, café, bakery, or food service outlet.
- Experience in team leadership, store operations, and sales management.
- Basic understanding of inventory control, food safety, and retail operations.
- Candidates with strong leadership potential and long-term commitment to growth within the organization will be preferred.
