Job Title: Store Manager

Industry: Dry Cleaning & Laundry

Location: Sector 7C, Chandigarh

Job Timings - 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM

Working Days & Leaves

• 4 Leaves per month
• No weekly off on Saturdays & Sundays

Salary - ₹16,000 – ₹18,000 per month (In-hand)

• Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance
• No deductions

Job Responsibilities - End-to-end store operations management

• Handling walk-in customers with a humble and professional approach
• Calling leads and existing customers for follow-ups and order updates
• Managing billing, orders, and receipts using POS software
• Maintaining daily sales, delivery, and customer records
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Resolving customer issues politely and professionally

Experience & Qualification - Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in:

• Retail store operations, OR
• Dry cleaning / laundry services, OR
• Customer service / front-desk roles
• Hands-on experience with POS or billing systems required
• Basic computer knowledge mandatory

Skills & Personality Traits - Very humble, polite, and customer-focused

• Strong PR and client-handling skills
• Good communication skills (Hindi / English preferred)
• Responsible, organized, and punctual
