Store Supervisor

Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse activities.

Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials.

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

Monitor inward & outward material movement.

Conduct regular physical stock verification and audits.

Ensure implementation of FIFO / FEFO inventory system.

Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Sales, and Dispatch teams.

Maintain GRN, delivery challans, and stock documentation.

Monitor stock levels and inform management for replenishment.

Control material damage, shortage, and wastage.

Supervise store staff and allocate daily work duties.

Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper storage standards.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
