System Design & Tender Executive – Low Voltage & AV Systems

You will handle end-to-end design and tender preparation for CCTV, fire alarm, public address, and audio-video systems. The role requires strong competence in AutoCAD and related basic design tools. You will translate project requirements into precise system drawings, block diagrams, cable schedules, and BOQs. You will manage tender documentation, prepare quotations, evaluate technical requirements, and ensure submissions are complete and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Produce system layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings for CCTV, fire alarm, PA, and AV solutions using AutoCAD and other basic design tools.
2. Prepare BOQs, datasheets, compliance statements, and technical submissions.
3. Review tender documents, extract scope, prepare queries, and ensure timely submission.
4. Coordinate with OEMs for technical data and pricing inputs.
5. Prepare commercial quotations in line with company margins and tender requirements.
6. Maintain drawing standards, version control, and documentation accuracy.
7. Assist project and sales teams with design revisions, value engineering, and pre-sales support.
8. Ensure all designs comply with relevant standards and project specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Strong command of AutoCAD, ability to produce technical drawings.
2. Working knowledge of CCTV, fire alarm, PA, and AV system components.
3. Experience preparing tender documentation and quotations in EPC/System Integration environments.
4. Ability to interpret layouts, technical specifications, and architectural drawings.
5. Structured documentation habits and high attention to detail.
6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
