We are an official dealer for products from top ISI Brands such as Symphony, USHA, AO Smith, Racold, Voltas, and many more. As an Computer operator, Telecaller and office administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer inquiries and orders are handled efficiently. Responsibilities: • Managing accounts, billing, and office administration • Handling on-store sales and telesales/telemarketing • Managing inventory and credit/debit management • Creating estimates, bills, and offers to attract customers • Monitoring stock, cash, and bank statements • Performing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks such as physical stock verification and damage stock management • Providing customer service and follow-up • Handling inquiries and calls from customers • Updating catalogs and registers • Checking the shop's overall status Qualifications: • Knowledge of Tally Prime software(MUST), Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Good communication skills and typing speed • Live in Chandigarh Tricity or comfortable to shift near to the office location Skills: • Tally ERP, Microsoft Excel, Office Administration, Inventory Management, Microsoft PowerPoint, Communication, Telesales/Telemarketing, Sales, Tally Prime, MS Office Suite, Call Handling, Office Assistance, and Office Management • Data Entry, Scheduling, Customer Service, Office Coordination, Customer Relationship, Outbound Calling, Maintain Office Equipment, Logistics Management, and Inbound Calling Experience: • Candidates with experience in Finance & Accounting, Admin/Back Office/Computer Operator, Sales & BD, Marketing/Brand/Digital Marketing, Advertising/Communication, UX, Design & Architecture, Banking/Insurance/Financial Services, Customer Support, IT & Information Security, Software Engineering, Human Resources, Retail & e-commerce, or Restaurant/Hospitality/Tourism are welcome to apply. • Prior experience in Accounting/Auditing, Consumer Electronics & Appliances, Automobile, Graphic Design, FMCG, Recruitment/Staffing, Architecture/Interior Design, Banking, Automobile Dealership, Asset Management & Financial Services, AR/VR, Analytics/KPO/Research, Airlines/Aviation/Aerospace, Advertising & Marketing, or any relevant industry is a plus.
