Job Title: Telecaller – Customer Support (No Sales / No Targets)Location: Saketri Rd, Sukteri, Panchkula, Haryana – 134114

Job Overview:We are looking for a dedicated and polite Telecaller to join our team for customer support services only. This role does not involve sales or targets. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
• Address customer queries, concerns, and requests effectively
• Provide accurate information about services and processes
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines
• Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
• Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
• Requirements:Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle calls patiently and professionally
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Shift: 09 AM to 06 PM
