Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Conducting calls to prospective and existing clients using scripts to promote products, services, or upgrades.
• Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential prospects, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales.
• Customer Support: Addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information professionally.
• Database Management: Updating and maintaining CRM (Customer Relationship Management) records for all interactions.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and sales targets. Internshala +7

Key Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication in local language and English (verbal/written).
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to handle objections and convince customers.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
• Experience: Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in customer service is preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, though higher education is a plus.
